Donny studied physical therapy at Georgia Military College and is certified with the National Council of Personal Trainers. His clients are High School and College Athletes looking to push themselves outside of practice but he also works with men and women interested in weight loss. He also does personal training for bodybuilders trying to break a plateau and people seeking to regain lost strength.

Personal Training with Ruth Porter:
Ruth has wide and varied experience in teaching both Physical Fitness and Dance. She has owned and operated both a dance studio and a fitness center, as well as taught Physical Education in the public school system. During her personal training she provides clients with diverse training methods that will suit their goals and expectations.
In her training, Ruth brings a strong emphasis in core strength and restoring proper body alignment by working. Her program’s goal is building strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury. Her results are a balanced body that looks fit and moves with ease.
Ruth’s qualifications are: B.S. in Dance Education, Masters in Health and Physical Education, ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer, Tai Chi Certified, Stott Pilates trained in Mat and Reformer, and additionally she’s Zumba Certified.
