Personal Training with Ruth Porter:


Ruth has wide and varied experience in teaching both Physical Fitness and Dance. She has owned and operated both a dance studio and a fitness center, as well as taught Physical Education in the public school system. During her personal training she provides clients with diverse training methods that will suit their goals and expectations.

In her training, Ruth brings a strong emphasis in core strength and restoring proper body alignment by working. Her program’s goal is building strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury. Her results are a balanced body that looks fit and moves with ease.

Ruth’s qualifications are: B.S. in Dance Education, Masters in Health and Physical Education, ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer, Tai Chi Certified, Stott Pilates trained in Mat and Reformer, and additionally she’s Zumba Certified.

Beverly is an ExpertRating certified professional Fitness and Wellness Coach with Body Elite. A former Ms. Western USA. Beverly has over 20 years of experience in weight loss, fitness, and nutrition.

Beverly understands the many stages of life that can cause weight gain or weight loss such as job change, divorce, having children, menopause, or everyday life stress. Not only does she bring the education and expertise in fitness to a new level, Beverly has been through all these changes herself and understands the challenges her clients face.

Chad is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he majored in business marketing. After college he worked as a sales representative and soon discovered that his passion was in the fitness industry. He is a certified coach and specializes in functional bodybuilding, weight loss, and muscle growth. Chads hobbies include surfing, swimming, horseback riding, training and spending time with loved ones.
