Decided to start a blog here, and mainly post my daily sessions and other random things. First off, right now im focusing on some size and hypertrophy. Im running Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 routine 4x a week. Daily intake averages around 2600 calories with 200g protein, 300g carbs, and 75g fat. This fluxes depending on the day. Right now im just getting in enough calories to support strength and size.
